Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 40

Step 2

Brush the rack with oil, and sprinkle it with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Put the rack in a roasting pan, and roast it in the preheated oven for 12 minutes

remove the meat from the oven, and coat it with the mustard

Step 5

lower the oven temperature to 350

Step 6

Combine the bread crumbs, parsley, shallot, garlic, thyme and melted butter.
