Instructions

Step 1

Add in butter, sifted sugar, flours, lime juice and rind and nuts.

Step 2

Mix well.Spoon the mixture into pans and bake about 20 minutes. Stand them in pans for 5 minutes and take them out onto a wire rack to cool.

Step 3

Brush with hot sugar syrup.
