Instructions

Step 1

Boil potatoes un-peeled in lightly salted water for up to 8 minutes, or until tender.

Step 2

Drain and plunge potatoes into cold water to stop cooking process.

Step 3

Drain and cool.

Step 4

Cut cooled potatoes in half.

Step 5

In heavy skillet, melt butter. Over medium high heat, place potatoes, cut side down and cook until golden, about 3 minutes.
