Instructions

Step 1

Brown ground beef with onion

Step 2

Cook potatoes in water till soft, drain

Step 3

Mash potatoes, add chicken broth as needed to make smooth mashed potatoes

Step 4

Spread browned ground beef in bottom of 8x11 Pyrex dish

Step 5

Spread mashed potatoes over beef layer

Step 6

Spead corn kernels over mashed potato layer

Step 7

Sprinkle grated cheese over corn layer

Step 8

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted
