Instructions

Step 1

Quartered kumato tomatoes. Put in a salad bowl and set aside. Also quartered some cherry tomatoes for garnishing.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix in fish sauce, sugar, lime juice and finely chopped garlic. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Step 3

Thinly slice the red onions and mix with kumato tomatoes.

Step 4

Pour in the dressings and give it a good toss.

Step 5

Serve in individual bowls and garnish with some cherry tomatoes if you wish.

Step 6

Sprinkle some toasted unsalted peanuts before serving.
