Instructions

Step 1

Peel cucumbers and split in half and remove seeds.Crosscut cucumbers about 1/4 inch thick set aside.

Step 2

Heat a non stick skillet over medium high heat.

Step 3

Add olive oil followed immediately by the sliced cucumbers.

Step 4

Sprinkle with sugar and saute until translucent.

Step 5

Add crumbled feta and chopped dill.Season to taste.

Step 6

Serve immediately.
