Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the tomato and basil in the sink.Slice the tomato in cross sections about inch wide.Chop the basil coarsely.

Cut the mozzarella into 1/4 inch wide pieces.Top a tomato slice with mozzarella and chopped basil

Step 3

Continue layering tomato, cheese & basil in rows.
