Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil in a wok.

Step 2

Add the onion and garlic, cook.

Step 3

Add the pork and cook well.

Step 4

Sprinkle with pepper and pour in the wine, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar and stir.

Add a little water too to lighted the sauce.

Step 6

Add in the carrots and stir.
