Instructions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Saute garlic until golden brown.

Step 3

Add onion.

Step 4

Saute until it is transluscent.

Step 5

Add pork and stir-fry until juice comes out.

Step 6

Add bagoong and water. Keep stirring until everything is well mixed. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat until pork is cooked and tender.

Step 7

Add string beans. Simmer until half cooked.

Step 8

Add sugar, black pepper, pechay & jalapeo pepper.

Step 9

Mix well. Simmer for about 2 mins or until vegetables are cooked but still crunchy.

Step 10

Serve hot with rice.
