Instructions

Step 1

Slit a pocket along the bone side of each chop. Prepare the stuffing by browning the onion and celery in a little fat, then combining with crumbs, salt and pepper, sage and poultry seasoning and water. Stuff each chop with 1/4 of the mixture.
