Instructions

Step 1

Oven at 375 degrees.

Step 2

Add the beef, panko, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, egg, scallion and water to a bowl.

Step 3

Mix to combine.

Step 4

Form into approx 1-1 1/2 inch balls.

Step 5

Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Step 6

Bake for about 15-18 minutes until lightly golden.

Step 7

Add all the ingredients for the sauce to a small saucepan over medium low heat. Stir to combine and cook until warmed through.

Step 8

Toss the cooked meatballs in the sauce.

Step 9

Garnish with scallions.
