Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350F / 180C.

Step 2

Combine the tigernuts, coconut flakes, dried fruit, and honey together in a bowl.

Step 3

Mix until well coated.

Step 4

Spread out in an even layer on a large roasting tray and place in the oven for 6-7 minutes.

Step 5

Remove the tray from the oven set aside to cool completely.Store in a sealed container.
