Instructions

Step 1

In a large pot over medium heat, warm the coconut oil until melted.

Step 2

Add the onion and cook until translucent, 4 to 6 minutes.

Add the ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 4

Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
