  • bbq sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Place the avocado oil into a frying pan on medium heat.

Step 2

Add in the diced onions and saute until they turn translucent.

Step 3

Add the shredded jackfruit and the BBQ sauce to the frying pan.

Step 4

Saute for 5-10 minutes to get the sauce to soak into the jackfruit.

Step 5

Add in liquid smoke (optional) and salt to taste.
